Dr. Bleakley is originally from Northern Ireland where he earned his veterinary degree from University College Dublin. Dr. Bleakley completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA Veterinary Referral Associates in Maryland. He achieved a Masters degree in Veterinary Clinical Sciences and completed a small animal surgical residency at Colorado State University. After practicing at VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center in Sacramento CA he co-founded CARE Surgery Center in Phoenix, Arizona. In his spare time Dr. Bleakley enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and five children.
