Brittany Hyde, DVM, MS, DACVS (Small Animal) (she/her/hers)

Dr. Brittany Hyde is a small animal surgeon at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. After receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, she completed a small animal rotating internship at Colorado State University. She was then accepted to a collaborative small animal surgery residency at Washington State University and WestVet Emergency and Referral Center located in Boise, Idaho. During her residency, she earned her Master of Science in Veterinary Sciences from Washington State University.
Her professional interests include teaching and mentoring the future generation of veterinarians. Her clinical interests include gastrointestinal surgery, surgical oncology, wound management, and minimally invasive surgery.
