This lecture discusses management options for liver lobe torsion in rabbits, focusing on medical versus surgical management and advantages and disadvantages of the current described surgical approaches. Recommendations for preoperative diagnostics and stabilization are covered. A "how to" description of the right paracostal approach is discussed, as well as the complications and prognosis associated with the procedure.
