This lecture draws on the collaborative expertise of both internal medicine and surgery to provide participants multi-faceted information on selected surgical procedures involving the endocrine system. Novel therapies for parathyroid and pancreatic disease, both pre- and post-operative are discussed. Attendees also have the opportunity to participate in the panel discussion on endocrine surgery.
