This lecture will look at the variety of possible surgical procedures used to address digital tumours, skin tumours on the feet, tumours of the pads, and interdigital disease. This will include digit amputation, partial foot amputation, pad excision, phalangeal fillet and podoplasty. Sentinel lymph node studies and principles will be included when appropriate. Exsanguinating tourniquets and Bier blocks will also be described along with tips and tricks to help with foot surgery in practice.
