This lecture covers how to deal with teeth that are fractured in concurrence with maxillofacial trauma. Specifically, the lecture will cover management of teeth within the fracture line and how to decide when to extract versus leave a tooth for fracture stability. Further, how to deal with dentoalveolar trauma distant from the jaw fracture site and what recommendations should be made, including those that are time sensitive is reviewed.
