Colic remains one of the most common and challenging problems for equine surgeons. During this seminar, the speakers present current approaches and challenges in diagnosis and management of horses with surgical colic. This session includes a “News Hour” focused on recent publications related to colic, approaches to selected diagnostic and surgical challenges, and prevention and treatment of selected post-operative complications.
