This lecture covers methods to maximise the 3D workflow beyond making surgical guides. From a CT/MRI acquisition, segmentation and modelling, we discuss other methods to use the 3D workspace, including statistical shape models, artificial intelligence, educational and teaching novelties, surgical instrumentation, and implant design. At the end of the lecture, attendees should have a better understanding of and ideas for using their 3D methodology to conduct studies beyond printing cutting and reduction guides for deformities.
