Dr. Gaudio graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2016. Soon after, he pursued a three-year clinically oriented PhD program in Veterinary Science, focusing on postoperative pain assessment while collaborating with the University of Padova's anaesthesia and surgical team.
Driven by a passion for clinical research and wildlife, Dr. Gaudio spent seven months at the University of Stellenbosch, RSA, and three months at Dubai Falcon Hospital, UAE. During this time, he engaged in clinical work and research projects on wildlife chemical immobilisation.
In 2020, Dr. Gaudio relocated to Doha, Qatar, to work in small animal practice. A year later, he moved to the UK, briefly working as a general practitioner before joining Willows Veterinary Centre & Referral Service as a rotating intern in 2022. In 2023, after working as a surgical intern at Fitzpatrick Referrals, he returned to Willows to begin his ECVS (Small Animal) Residency training.
Dr. Gaudio's dedication to his field is evidenced by several publications in internationally recognized scientific journals and presentations at various conferences.
In his leisure time, Eugenio enjoys playing the violin, engaging in physical activities, and spending time outdoors.
